Extraordinary Achievement

Spiritual Sadhana (Practices) consists of Preksha or Vipassana or Dhyana. All these three words can be used for a single word – MEDITATION. Meditation is looking at things and phenomena as they are. When you practice this kind of meditation vigilantly, you will confront your ill or well Vrittis (habit energies), competences or incompetences, when they come on the surface. We have lot of Vrittis unknown to us, which are dormant and come on the surface occasionally. If we are not heedful, they come on the surface and again go back to the deeper layer of consciousness, and we dont get aware of them. Unless we see and perceive them clearly, we can’t take step to eliminate bad Vrittis and develop good Vrittis.
At the last stage of Sadhana, we have to transcend even the good Vrittis too, but from beginning to the end, we need to avoid, prevent and eliminate bad Vrittis as also to develop and maintain good Vrittis. This practice is not useful only to strengthen and enrich our spiritual life, but also for them who want to develop and achieve something Extraordinary in the worldly life.
This is the single practice and mantra of extraordinary achievement or going to the Peak, be that worldly or spiritual life.
