Inner & Outer World

In outer world you have to be very very Active but in inner World you have to be very very passive, letting go of all. Inner World is absolutely opposite to the outer world. Whatsoever is required and important in outer world, is forbidden and avoided in Inner World.

Ambition, hard work, competition, fashion, glamour, taam-jhaam, abundant money, huge mansions, possessions, ID Proof, etc are required and important for Outer World, but for Inner world, these are the hindrances and create defilement on the face of your SOUL (DIVINE) and don’t allow one to enter into one’s Own Infinite Domain of SOUL.

Creating Harmony & Symphony, Making Balance between these two opposites, itself is YOGA.

Lord Krishna proclaims this same Truth about Yoga Life in Gita. Samatvam Yoga Uchyate (समत्वं योग उच्यते). Balancing is Yoga.

And funnily enough, nothing shows us so much how our mind works as balancing postures. Unsteady mind = wobbly posture 🙂
